Vinita Gandhi
Associate Attorney
Vinita joined Linville Law Group in November 2019 and represents clients in product liability and personal injury matters. She primarily focuses on the Talcum Powder litigation, the Zantac Litigation, and the Valsartan litigation.
Vinita is currently admitted to the State Bar of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the U.S District Court for the District of New Jersey (for the Talcum Powder MDL and the Valsartan MDL).
Before joining Linville Law Group, Vinita attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree and received her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in law school, she interned for Hon. Kimberley Esmond-Adams at the Fulton County Superior Court and Supervisory Administrative Judge Alison Smith-Lynn at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
